Guest Arrivals

We hope the following is useful for preparing your arrival at our villa...

Direct Access to our Villa Manager

Before your arrival, you can send any arrival details and pre-arrival villa-preparation requests to our Reservations staff who you have already been dealing with by email. Because our villa manager can be a very busy person, he would prefer to begin assisting your group starting at 2-weeks before your arrival. However, in some cases, he can be available to you at 1-month before your arrival. This really does depend on the villa schedule and any break-time, which everyone needs. At the relevant time, he will be contactable by the following methods only :

  1. WhatsApp (chat app)
  2. WeChat (chat app)
  3. Mobile Phone Call (during Thai daytime, 8am-6pm)
Our villa manager is not available by email and we do recommend that you make contact via the online chat apps because it might not be convenient for him to answer a phone call if he's busy with current guests, driving around or performing other villa-related duties.

We will share our Villa Manager's contact details at 1-month to 2-weeks before your arrival. Anything you need before then, please refer to our Reservations staff to assist, if they're able to.

When To Give Us Pre-Arrival Details

We prefer to receive the following information not later than 1-month before your arrival. If you know them sooner, please share, as we save all information that you provide on your booking record for our reservations staff and villa manager to access.

How To Give Us This Information
If you are already in contact with our villa manager directly, please do share directly, but remember to also keep our reservations staff updated by replying to the emails that you used to make your reservation/booking.

Arrival & Departure Time

Unless otherwise agreed:
- Arrivals are from 3.00pm (1500hrs)
- Departures are by 12.00pm (midday)

Your Flight Arrival Details

We need to know the :

  • airline name
  • flight number
  • arrival time
  • where you departed from
The above helps us know which part of the airport to be waiting to meet you and at what time. We can also monitor online flight resources to check if your flight is running ahead of or behind schedule.

Airport Transport

We usually arrange your airport transfer and provide one minivan+driver from and back to the airport. Minivans can seat 13 people, but remember, luggage has to go somewhere too. If you and your luggage can't fit all in the same vehicle, a secondary vehicle might need to be hired/paid for. Note: Airport transfers do not have baby seats so if you want one, you need to bring one with you or speak to our Villa Manager before arrival to see if his rental baby seats are available for you to consider.

If you're flying in, but don't need airport transfer, please tell us.

Hotel Transfer

If you're staying in a local hotel prior to staying at our villa, we can arrange your hotel transfer (from any location on mainland Phuket). We need to know the hotel name and website address so that we can lookup the address/location and phone number.

Arrival Day, Daily Hire Minivan+Drive

It's possible that your arrival day would benefit from a daily-hired minivan and driver, instead of a taxi style one-way transfer. Often beneficial when you have multiple arrivals in the same day from different flights. If that's the case, we can arrange the minivan+driver for you. See the next section about this.

Daily Hire Minivan + Driver

Unless you're expecting to make your own travel arrangements around Phuket during your stay, (ie. by hire-car or by requesting transport as you need it), we highly recommend the rental of a daily minivan + driver. Please let us know if you would like this service or not. The current charge is 2,500 THB per day + gasoline (driver included).

Food On Arrival

Usually, lunch time has already past when you arrive but it is listed here for those with Early Arrivals agreed. The following options are what we can provide on Arrival Day. Other days, we have a much larger selection available and our villa manager will discuss that with you.

Lunch:
Pad Thai with prawn, Papaya Salad, Grill Chicken, Fried golden bags, Plain Rice, Egg Fried Rice, Fruit.

Evening Dinner:
Tom Yam Goong (Soup), Geng Kheaw Wan Gai (Green Curry Chicken), Kao Phad (Fried Rice with chicken) Non-spicy, Massaman Curry (Chicken), Tam mamuang (Mango Salad), Gai Med Ma Moung (Chicken Cashew nut), Thot man khaophot (Fried Sweetcorn Cake), Satay (Chicken or Pork), Plain rice, Fruit.

If you would like anything specific for your Arrival Day meals, please just let us know the name of the meals and how much of it you want (ie. how many people to share any specific dish).

Groceries, Snacks, Drinks

If you would like anything specific to be collected and ready for your arrvial at the villa, please let us know. We can collect specifc fruits, snacks, soft drinks, beers, wines, spirits etc (alcoholic drinks payable on arrival).

Food Allergies / Special Diets

If any of your group are restricted in what they can eat, please let us know the details before arrival as this will help our chef prepare relevant meals.

Day Trips / Excursions

Our villa manager can organise all the day trips, excursions and activities for you from the list available at the villa, but only when you're here at the villa. We can not process daytrip / excursion bookings if you haven't arrived at the villa yet. For activities such as private boat/yacht hire, or private fishing trips, you should book them yourself direct with the operator. For shared boat/yacht/fishing, our villa manager can organise everything, with many options available.

Please don't ask our Reservations staff for information on day trips/excursions as that will be handled by our Villa Manager at the villa.

Thai Immigration

The following is for general guidance only so please check other sources for your personal requirements. We are not responsible for any incorrect information here, or for changes to the Thai Immigration rules. If you are not sure about your visa requirements, please check with your local Thai embassy or consulate.

This is mandatory from 01-MAY-2025: You must complete your Thailand Digital Arrival Card (aka TDAC) not later than 3-days before arrival. We recommend earlier. Take that action here : https://tdac.immigration.go.th/

Generally, most nationalities can stay in Thailand for up to 30 days without a visa. If you are staying longer than 30 days, you must apply for a visa before arriving in Thailand. If you are arriving in Thailand by air, you will be given a 30-day visa exemption stamp on arrival. If you are arriving by land, you will be given a 15-day visa exemption stamp.

Please don't ask our Reservations staff for information/rules on day these matters as they will not know the latest rules.
