General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)

Personally Indentifiable Information (PII)
The only PII that we collect is the information submitted by you in our contact forms, and anything that you subsequently provide to us later via email. We do not collect your IP Address in our contact forms, though it is used to identify the country where you are submitting the form from. Before a contact form is sent to us, you are required to accept this Privacy Policy. Our Live Chat service will record PII and make use of cookies / local storage, and we explain that in our Live Chat page.
Data Handling
All website traffic is transmitted securely over https:// (SSL). All email from our servers, and our email clients (such as Gmail), are sent securely using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Any data we store in a database, ie. for our Booking Planners, are stored in restricted access password protected databases.
